Routinely called "The Mansion" our house is by far the largest on campus and can hold almost 50 men.  In additon to this it is currently undergoing a $250,000 renovation that will be completed by September 1, 2008. This renovation will give the chapter a new kitchen, dining room, kichenette, chapter room, pool room, and an extra bathroom.  To go along with this renovation the brothers will be treated to 3 meals a day by thier new full-time Chef.  In addition to this the chapter has recently added a Study Room, and a cleaning service this past Spring.
